 Refund and rescheduling policies

Course fees are non-refundable

Your class date may be rescheduled if needed, with adequate notice

"No shows" - students who do not attend their scheduled class date and have not notified us in advance will not be issued a refund or be allowed to reschedule their class

You MUST notify us BEFORE the starting time of your scheduled class if you will not be able to attend, in order to be allowed to reschedule - if you do not attend and do not inform us first, you will forfeit your entire course fee

 Late rescheduling fee = $25 for ACLS and PALS, or $10 for BLS/CPR, First Aid, and Basic rhythm classes

Please DO NOT fill out the form below if it is less than 7 days before your scheduled class. Late reschedule requests will not be approved unless late reschedule fees are paid.
